JoJo Cherian - Photo to come.

JoJo Cherian is a North Carolina native and proud alumna of Triangle Academy of Dance,

where she received extensive training in Classical Ballet, Jazz, and Contemporary dance. During

her years at TAD, she was also a member of the studio’s Jazz Teams.

A 2024 graduate of TAD, JoJo performed extensively with Carolina Youth Ballet in numerous

productions, including The Nutcracker, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, Swan Lake, Coppélia,

La Bayadère, and Sleeping Beauty.

JoJo is currently pursuing a major in Human Biology with a minor in Psychology, studies that

complement her interest in both the physical and developmental aspects of working with young

dancers.

As a member of the TAD faculty, JoJo focuses primarily on the young children’s program.

Having grown up within the TAD family, she enjoys sharing the same encouragement and love

of dance that helped shape her own experience as a student. JoJo strives to create a positive,

nurturing classroom where children feel supported while developing coordination, confidence,

musicality, strong dance fundamentals, and a genuine love of movement.
